Will it is in an OOC, but some of the dating OOCs could be fit in-continuity, plus there is lots of signs pointing to this pairing already. The pairinmg in question is Captain Drandi Verdier of the 15th Lerkurlian Tamer's Tech Division and her Lieutenant Tanire Melibra.
Lesbians in Lerkurlia are quite common, considering their family structure(note that Drandi is already married). And in-game, Tanire has been seen showing symptoms of a major crush. This OOC could signify the start of a real relationship between them.
