Note-This is an OVERALL analysis, NOT gonna really happen since most of it is past events.
Now, look at all the tombeish characters in FD. Acutally, it'd be easier to locate the perfectly sane characters. Most of the RPG is defined by these tombeish people, like Hidimon, although some are tombeish and still sane, like Jasmine, who is mostly tombeish just when dealing with her Interdimensional theories.
Now, try to remove all those tombeish people. Or just turn them into perfectly sane people. How much differences do you think would appear in FD?
-I know the Magic Academy would never be the same
-Since I'm a tombe and I like the past stories of the game, I'll look at HG right now(plus I'm low on time as I type this up). HG happened becuase Hidimon was a tombe and trusted Realemon. Then she was a tombe and tricked her friends. And got herself illusioned as a human so Wazumi would like her more, even though she learned that illisions make him physically sick. Meanwhile, the group deals with tombeness when Jasmine gets illusioned invisible, but no one is told so when a (illusion) body pops up, she thinks she's a ghost.
-THen later Hidimon causes tombeness with mixing up Ken and Kenny's names, and Michael and Michelle's names. Then later Ken is illusioned and attacked the group and Jenni gets realllllly messed up and thinks alllll sorts of weird things. Then Brandy fakes it so she can help rescue them. During all this, Brian is angry that Brandy's letting Wazumi be with that group even though they're going to the Gotsumon jails where the insane tombeish Gotsumon arrest poeple because they broke the law, even if in the past/past life. THen he reallly hates brandy for it.
I'll stop here, even if HG has more tombeness hidden up its sleeves and I haven't even reached the real brandy betrayal(s) and Wedge and Deragon. Now, how would that whole situiation have gone if we took everything seriously, and didn't try to make it as tombeish as can be?
-Hidimon wouldn't have trusted realemon and wouldn't trick us, therefore HG wouldn't have been us 'stuck' in the digital world.
-We'd have looked for Realemon still.
-Hidimon would be more rational about Wazumi.
-Wazumi wouldn't have gone to the jail
-Brian wouldn't have needed to kill brandy for that and future betrayals.
-Jasmine wouldn't have thought she was a ghost if simply invisible and seeing something that looks exactly like her dead body.
-Jenniw ouldn't have been insane. Or a crybaby. OR other randon mental situations(at one point I had counted how many times she's had her mind-set changed due to something or other, and since LD, it';s been about 17 times, not including between HG and DF).
I know there's more, but I'm curious to see what you have to say on the tombeness and what would we do it it was gone. Besides maybe be more productive.
And how int he world would we do conspiracies without tombeness?
