***-Warning-***
This thread is for comparisons of the two series in a non-restrictive way. AKA-anything that might be happening, has, should, etc. We may compare characters in later episodes, or analyze 'how will this change impact the final episode's fight with ____".
Therefore, do NOT read this thread if you don't want to be spoiled.

A silly announcement-they confirmed Kurata's name will still be Kurata. This means I can stil say "Stab Kurata" and not have to worry about dub-only people being confused.
-------------------------
They've renamed Digisoul to DNA, which has also been reported that it stands for "Digimon Natural Ability". I'm find with this new name at this point. (I mean, digisoul sounds cooler, but if getting a dub-name, at least this makes sense too.) DNA as in cells and stuff, that'd make no sense, especially when they get into the emotional aspects of 'digisoul/DNA', like burst mode. ((Masaru vs Tohma-"my body's cellular level is so angry at Tohma that it's going to mess with agumon's cellular level and corrupt him." If they kept it like that, I'd say "This is the worst". a lot))
They're explaining DNA in episode 12, which makes sense. It's right when Masaru had clicked on his own 'maybe the digimon are reacting to emotions', and then Tohma walks in and explains all the sins and stuff.
--------------------
Kamemon spoke. Actual words. I had read on other sites where some people pointed out 'he said his name and attacks when digivolving, so talking's already proven before episode 30something.'. But, there's a difference. name/attacks are typical digmon things. It'd be weirder if a DD digi didn't say those. Even if shy, it's a digimon cliche.
But, in the later episode, he actaully speaks, and everyone tombes. Yushima points out that he's shy. Now both of these events are invalid, since he spoke to Masaru. Even if 'he's shy around new people', that's invalid since he hadn't seen masaru before. ((Unless it's some subconsious linking to Suguru, but i doubt that.))
At least Kamemon prior to the speaking is rarely seen, so, i doubt (compared to other site poeple), that 'they'll use this to make random jokes'.
Thinking about it, one way they could re-establish a quiet Kamemon is in tonights episode. Masaru kicks the teapot he carries, which might make him quiet and scared of masaru? On a similar note, today we'll also see the Pawnchessmon, who never ever speak.
--------------------
And a random personal silly concept.
They should have kept Kokotarimon as a pet. Make eggs for Sayuri's famous fried eggs. At least we know 'they send the digimon back to the real world', so they can't keep the eggs. I foresee some sort of joke on the egg concept, but also they could easily say 'it's in the rules to send it back', and that'd easily keep things sane. I mean, Masaru is expected to have broken logic. Whacked too many times.

Finally, a concept I just thought of, with the dimensional aspects. They only really focus on their real/digital world. However, I wonder if the dubbing epople will edit in other seasonal stuff to encourage the concept of it being a mutli-dimensional universe. While this would be perceived as an unnecessary edit by most subtitled fans, I think it'd be perfect for FD, and also just showing the dimensionalism besides just Ryo (who, some dub-only fans might not realize was Ken's friend in season 2, therefore thinking he's only season 3)
